		<description><![CDATA[This rub, also known as Israeli Rub, or Yemeni Rub, is used to season meats, seafood, and vegetables before grilling. 5 Tbsp. Black Peppercorns 5 Tbsp. Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp. Green Cardamom Pods ( or 1 Tsp. cardamom seeds) 1 Tsp. Cloves 2 Tbsp. Ground Tumeric 2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt Cook the first 4 ingredients in a small skillet over medium heat until toasted (not burnt).
