This rub can be used on deep fried turkeys. It’s also great for blackened seafood or steak or beer-can chicken!
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
2 Tbsp. Thyme (dry)
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp.Oregano (dry)
1 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Kosher Salt.
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
